The Accel SuperStock Wire is designed to upgrade an Original Equipment ignition system for high spark delivery levels for street driven applications. silcone jacket with fiberglass braid is rated at 450 degrees Fahrenheit, tinned copper core. The 450 degrees Fahrenheit-rated silcone jacket is extruded over a tightly woven, rugged fiberglass braid which is applied over a high dielectric strength Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer inner insulation for ignition wire performance that exceeds SAE specifications. It includes (8) blue extra-long wires, coil lead, silcone boots and zinc-plated steel terminals. The distributor boot material is made of black silcone and the spark plug boot is made of blue silcone. Ist, I had no idea you had to put these together. There were no tips on how to squeeze the wire thru the tiny boot and on a right angle. The grease they provided was no help.
TIP: I used dish washing liquid to lube the wire and needle nose pliers to ull it thru the boot.
The connector end you crimp on is not secure at all and comes off. It wiill come off when you take off the wire.
Very very bad design
